Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us, and some information automatically when you visit.
Inquiry and tour forms: your name, email address and phone number; your child’s name, gender, birthday and hoped-for start date, and the same for any other children you add; the centers and schedule you’re interested in; how you heard about us; your message; and, for a tour, the time you choose.
Feedback form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the center, and your comments.
Job application: your name, contact details and address, work history, references, the job and location you’re interested in, your answers, and your resume or cover letter.
The family page: when you enter the family password, a cookie remembers it on your device (see Cookies And Similar Technologies).
Automatically: like most websites, ours records technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site.
How We Collect Information
From you, when you fill in a form, call us or email us.
Through cookies and similar technologies in your browser, described below.
Through the services that run parts of our website, such as our form, hosting and analytics providers, which collect information on our behalf.
How We Use The Information Collected
We use it to:
answer your questions, arrange tours and handle enrollment inquiries;
send you the information you asked for, and tour reminders by email or text if you agreed;
read and act on your feedback;
consider your job application;
run, protect and improve the website;
meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information.
How We Disclose The Information Collected
We share information only with the companies that help us run our centers and this website, and only so they can do that work for us:
IntelliKid Systems (IKS), our enrollment software, which receives the inquiry and tour forms. These forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam.
HighLevel, which hosts this website and receives the feedback form and job applications.
Cloudflare, which delivers the website quickly and protects it from attacks.
Google: Google Analytics (visit statistics), Google Workspace (our email), Google Maps (when you tap Show The Map or follow a directions link), the Google reviews on our location pages, whose reviewer photos load from Google, and YouTube (if you follow our video link). Your use of these Google features is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of children, families or staff, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. Links on our website to other services (Procare, Tuition Express, WatchMeGrow, Facebook, Instagram, the State of Idaho and the IRS) take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours:
Keep the site secure: Cloudflare sets a short-lived cookie (__cf_bm, for 30 minutes) to tell people from bots.
Keep the family page open: after you enter the family password, a cookie (wp-postpass_…) keeps the page open on that device for up to 10 days, or until you choose Lock Again.
Remember your settings: if you pause the site’s animations, your browser remembers it, and if you close the message bar at the top, it stays closed until you close the tab. These settings stay in your browser; they aren’t sent to us.
Count visits: Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga and _ga_…) that last up to two years, to tell new visits from returning ones.
Services you use on the site: Google may set cookies when you load a map or when reCAPTCHA checks a form, and our form providers may use cookies so their forms work and to stop spam.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings (the family page needs its cookie to stay open), and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Text Messages And Emails
If you agree on our forms, we may text or email you about your inquiry, your tour and enrollment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in them or ask us. We never sell or share your phone number, or your consent to receive texts, with anyone for their own marketing.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is for parents, guardians and job seekers, not for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents give us their children’s details, such as name, gender and birthday, through our forms so we can plan their care, and we use them only for that. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it. The photos of children on our website are shown with their parents’ permission.
Job Applicants
Applications go to our hiring team at careers@kangarooclubhouse.com. Resumes are stored privately and seen only by the people who handle hiring. We use applications only to consider you for jobs with us, and we keep them only as long as we need them for hiring or as the law requires.
Keeping Information Safe
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), our providers protect the information they hold for us, and only staff who need it can see it. No website or system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive details, such as medical or financial information, through our website’s forms.
Your Choices
See, correct or delete your information: ask us, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Texts and emails: reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
Cookies: use your browser’s settings, or the Google Analytics opt-out above.
Do Not Track: browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals have no common standard, so our website doesn’t respond to them.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
